Levoit is sold at online marketplaces such as eros.ae, uae.sharafdg.com, carrefouruae.com, Amazon Levoit official stores, mumzworld.com, aceuae.com etc. and offline stores include Eros Retail stores, Carrefour stores, Sharaf DG stores.

If there is a problem with the product you purchased, our customer support (support.apac@vesync.com) will provide support. When contacting us, please prepare the following information in advance.
① Screenshot of order details, photo of purchase receipt or receipt.
② Pictures and videos that help explain the problem.

All Levoit products officially sold in UAE come with a 2-year warranty. If a product malfunctions within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge, so please contact our customer support.
